1. Who we are

2. What FinSense is

FinSense is a personal and family finance tracking service available via:

• a Telegram bot and Telegram Mini App, and
  
• a web/PWA interface at app.finsense.space.
  

The Service helps you record income/expenses, set categories, budgets, goals, and create recurring transactions.

FinSense is not a bank, payment institution, broker, or financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

4. Account and access

Your account may be linked to your Telegram account. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your Telegram account/device.

5. Subscription and payments

5.1 Digital services inside Telegram

If you purchase a subscription or digital features inside Telegram, payments for digital goods and services are made in Telegram Stars (currency: XTR), according to Telegram’s rules. Telegram Core

5.2 What you receive

After successful payment, we grant access to the paid features (“PRO”) for the selected period shown in the purchase flow.

5.3 Pricing

Prices and available plans may differ by region and may change over time. The current price is always shown in the purchase interface before you confirm payment.

6. Refunds and payment support

We provide payment support and consider refunds when applicable (see Refund & Payment Support page).
If you paid with Telegram Stars, refunds (when approved) are processed using Telegram’s payment/refund mechanisms and require payment identifiers stored by us for support purposes. Telegram Core

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or bypass Service security,
  
• abuse payment systems, referral systems, or create fraudulent activity,
  
• violate applicable laws.
  

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but downtime may occur (maintenance, outages, third-party issues).
We may update features, interfaces, or plans over time.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, code, design, trademarks, and content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal purposes during your active account/subscription.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the Service is provided “as is”;
  
• we are not liable for financial decisions you make based on your records or analytics;
  
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy (International).

12. Governing law

If you are outside the Russian Federation, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may apply. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation .
