FINSENSE — REFUNDS & PAYMENT SUPPORT

1. How to contact payment support

Email: support@finsense.space

Please include:

  • your Telegram username / Telegram user ID
  • date/time of purchase
  • what happened (no access, duplicate charge, error message)

In Telegram, you can also use the bot command: /paysupport. Telegram expects bots to provide a payment support entry point for users. Telegram Core

2. Telegram Stars payments

Digital goods/services inside Telegram are sold via Telegram Stars (XTR). Telegram Core
We activate your subscription after receiving a successful payment confirmation from Telegram.

3. Refund eligibility

We may approve a refund if:

  • you were charged, but PRO access was not granted due to our technical error
  • you were charged twice for the same period
  • a critical service outage prevented access for a significant part of the paid period

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.

4. Non-refundable cases (examples)

Refunds may be declined if:

  • access was provided and the Service was available, but you chose not to use it
  • the request is connected to fraud/abuse or Terms violations

5. How refunds are processed

If approved, refunds for Telegram Stars purchases are processed using Telegram’s refund/payment tools and may require payment identifiers stored by us for support purposes. Telegram Core

6. Response times

We typically respond within 1–3 business days.
