2. What data we process

2.1 Telegram/account data

  • Telegram user ID, username, name (where available)
  • language preference and basic client information (as provided by Telegram)

2.2 Finance data you input

  • transactions (income/expenses), amounts, currency, categories
  • accounts/wallets, notes
  • budgets, goals
  • recurring transactions (schedule rules)

2.3 Technical data

  • IP address, logs, device/browser data (user-agent)
  • cookies/local storage (web/PWA) for session and preferences

We do not request your online banking credentials (logins/passwords).

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data for:

  • providing the Service and paid features (contract necessity)
  • customer support and communications (contract / legitimate interests)
  • security, fraud prevention, abuse detection (legitimate interests)
  • compliance with legal obligations where applicable (legal obligation)

4. Payments (Telegram Stars)

When you pay inside Telegram:

  • the payment flow is handled by Telegram using Telegram Stars (XTR), and the invoice/successful payment events are processed via Telegram’s Bot Payments API. Telegram Core
  • we receive technical payment identifiers and status to activate your purchase and handle support/refunds.

5. Sharing and processors

We may share data only with:

  • hosting/infrastructure providers (to run the Service),
  • analytics/error monitoring providers (if enabled),
  • Telegram as the platform you use,
  • authorities if required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

6. International data transfers (important)

At the initial stage, some Service infrastructure (including databases) may be located in the Russian Federation. If you are in the EEA/UK, this may be considered a transfer to a “third country”.

Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards for transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, and additional measures as needed.

7. Data retention

We keep data as long as your account is active and as needed to:

  • provide the Service,
  • comply with legal obligations,
  • resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

You can request deletion (see Section 9), subject to legal requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), backups, monitoring).

9. Your rights (EEA/UK)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • access, rectification, deletion,
  • restriction, objection,
  • portability,
  • withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent),
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
